Hunan Xinlong Mining Co., Ltd. has received approval from the local emergency management bureau to gradually resume operations starting September 25, 2025.
Xinlong Mining suspended operations on August 24 after a mining accident, expecting a net profit loss of about RMB52 million (USD7.3 million). During the downtime, the company conducted safety training, inspections, and equipment maintenance. Going forward, it plans to optimize production and mitigate the shutdown's impact.
