Wintrue invests in Shenglong Mining for phosphate, lead, zinc resources

On September 22, Chengdu Wintrue Holdings Co., Ltd. reached an agreement to acquire a 49% stake in Sichuan Mabian Shenglong Mining Co., Ltd. through a capital increase, for the development of Erba phosphate-lead-zinc deposit in Mabian Yi Autonomous County, Leshan, Sichuan, as Wintrue seeks to strengthen phosphate resource reserves.
The Erba deposit holds resources of about 29.27 million tonnes of phosphate ore at 23.37% P2O5 and 267,000 tonnes of zinc-lead ore, containing 1,726 tonnes of lead and 19,140 tonnes of zinc, with approved production capacity of 500,000tpa for phosphate ore and 30,000tpa for lead-zinc ore.
