Shenghe Resources reports higher titanium ore output and sales in H1

In the first half of 2025, Shenghe Resources Holding Co., Ltd. produced 39,082 tonnes of titanium ore (including rutile), up by 39.3% YoY, and sold 32,847 tonnes, up by 4.8% YoY. In the second quarter, production reached 14,686 tonnes, down by 26.3% YoY, while sales jumped 29.8% YoY to 21,880 tonnes, according to the company's half-year report.
The company's Fungoni project in Tanzania already produced nearly 20,000 tonnes of raw ore since starting operations late last year and is expected to reach its designed annual capacity of 100,000 tonnes of heavy minerals by this September. Construction at the Tajiri project is progressing rapidly, with commissioning expected by year-end, while preliminary work at another mineral sands project in Madagascar is proceeding as planned.
