Construction of the project began in May 2024, with Phase I completed on schedule and Phase II now accelerating toward year-end production. The company is also developing a 1Mtpa high-end carbon material (prebaked anode) project and a 1Mtpa recycled paper project, building a new materials industrial park with a total investment exceeding RMB10 billion (USD140 million).
