Shengda Resources to fully acquire Honglin Mining

Shengda Resources Co., Ltd. plans to acquire the remaining 47% stake in Sichuan Honglin Mining Co., Ltd. through a share issuance, and will raise supporting funds by issuing shares to a select group of investors. After the deal, Honglin Mining will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shengda Resources.
Honglin Mining's main asset is the Caiyuanzi copper-gold mine, which is expected to begin trial production between July and September 2025. The mine is licensed for an annual capacity of 396,000 tonnes. It holds 6.06 million tonnes of proven ore reserves, containing 1.70 tonnes of gold at 2.82g/t Au and 29,015 tonnes of copper at 0.48% Cu. The site also shows strong exploration potential at depth and in surrounding areas.
