Dowstone Technology plans to build a hydrometallurgical plant in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) through its subsidiary Jiana HK Limited, which will serve as the investment entity
The project will be funded through the company's own capital or self-raised funds, with a total investment of up to USD165 million (approximately RMB1.18 billion) . Once operational, the project will further strengthen Dowstone's competitiveness and market share in the global copper and cobalt markets.
