Rongke Power launches phase one of VFBs electrolyte project

Dalian Rongke Power Co., Ltd. has officially commenced production at Phase I of its vanadium flow batteries (VFBs) electrolyte project, marking a significant boost to the global energy storage industry.
With a total investment of RMB400 million (USD55.65 million), the first phase includes production lines for 1.5 GWh per year of vanadium electrolyte and vanadium electrolyte crystals. Construction began in July 2023, equipment commissioning and trial runs were completed by March 2025, and full-scale production started in June.
