200ktpa aluminum foil slab project to break ground in Long'an

On May 9, the government of Long'an County and Nanning Industrial Investment Group reached an agreement to jointly develop an aluminum foil slab project with an annual capacity of 200,000 tonnes.
The project adopts an innovative "green electricity + green aluminum + aluminum-based new materials" model, producing low-carbon, high-precision slabs for new energy battery aluminum foil.
With a total investment of approximately 630 million yuan (87.18 million US dollars), the project is expected to create over 150 new jobs, achieve an annual output value exceeding 4.2 billion yuan (581 million US dollars), and contribute over 24 million yuan (3.32 million US dollars) in annual tax revenue when fully operational.
