Xining Special Steel Co., Ltd. achieved steady growth in operations throughout 2024, producing 1,276,800 tonnes of pig iron, up by 90.25% YoY, 1,396,900 tonnes of crude steel, up by 89.17% YoY, and 1,357,100 tonnes of finished steel products, up by 94.63% YoY, with sales rising by 93.7% YoY to 1,341,700 tonnes, according to the company's annual report.
As the largest special steel production base in western China, Xining Special Steel currently has an annual production capacity of 2.1 million tonnes of steel and 2 million tonnes of steel finished products. The company's production guidance for 2025 includes 1.96 million tonnes of steel and 1.93 million tonnes of steel finished products.
