Xinbo New Energy to invest in automotive parts project

Anhui Xinbo Aluminum Co., Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Xinbo New Energy Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., has signed an investment agreement for an automotive parts project with Chongqing Strategic Emerging Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd.
The project has a planned total investment of approximately RMB50 million (USD6.84 million), to be funded through the company's own capital or alternative financing sources.
With a designed annual production capacity of 200,000 sets of NEV parts, the project is scheduled to begin operation within six months from the signing of the agreement.
