Yunlv Haixin secures exploration right for Taiyangba bauxite block

Yunnan Yunlv Haixin Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Chinalco, has won the exploration right to the Taiyangba bauxite block in Daguan County, Yunnan Province for RMB149.65 million (USD20.68 million), according to the Ministry of Natural Resources.
The successful acquisition of the exploration right marks a significant step in advancing the strategic cooperation agreement between the Chengdu Geological Survey Center and the Zhaotong municipal government. It also reinforces the implementation of the "central-local-enterprise" collaborative prospecting mechanism and provides crucial support for the development of a large-scale phosphorus-aluminum resource base in northeastern Yunnan.
