South Manganese subsidiaries sign manganese ore sales agreements with Guangxi Dameng

On March 7, Dameng International Resources Limited, a subsidiary of Southern Manganese Investment Co., Ltd., signed a manganese ore sales agreement with Guangxi Dameng Manganese Industry Group Co., Ltd. Under the agreement, Dameng International Resources will supply manganese ore to Guangxi Dameng for a total contract value of RMB43,004,332 (USD5,943,155).
Additionally, on March 11, Southern Manganese Holding Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Southern Manganese Investment Co., Ltd., entered into a sales framework agreement with Guangxi Dameng Manganese Industry Group Co., Ltd. The agreement, effective from March 11, 2025, to December 31, 2027, outlines the terms under which Southern Manganese Holdings will supply manganese ore and related products, while Guangxi Dameng commits to purchasing them.
