Hongsheng Aluminum begins construction of 400ktpa recycled aluminum project

On February 27, Guangxi Hongsheng Aluminum Co., Ltd. broke ground on a 400,000tpa secondary aluminum alloy project in Pingguo, Guangxi.
With a total planned investment of RMB1 billion (USD137 million) and a land area of 125Mu (8.33 hectares), the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of over RMB10 billion (USD1.37 billion), along with tax contribution of RMB150 million (USD20.59 million), and would create more than 500 jobs.
Hongsheng Aluminum specializes in the R&D and production of aluminum alloy profiles, ingot and other aluminum products, using beverage can and other aluminum scrap as raw materials. The implementation of this project is set to propel Pingguo's transformation from a traditional aluminum industry base into a modern, green, and intelligent manufacturing hub.
