Dalian Borong begins operation of phase II vanadium electrolyte project

On February 7, the second phase of the vanadium electrolyte production line project developed by Dalian Borong High tech Materials Co., Ltd. officially went into operation.
The second phase covers an area of approximately 70,000 sq.m., with a total floor area of about 30,000 sq.m. It has an annual production capacity of 90,000 cubic meters of vanadium electrolyte. The second phase, which broke ground in July 2023, consist of production equipment, smart factory control center and other associated facilities, with commissioning starting in late December 2024 and completed before the Spring Festival.
With the new production line in operation, Dalian Borong will have a total annual production capacity of 150,000 cubic meters of electrolyte, making it the world's largest vanadium electrolyte producer.
