China's production of ten nonferrous metals totaled 6.9 million tonnes in December 2024, up by 3.2% YoY, and the annual output increased by 4.3% over the prior year to 79.19 million tonnes, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.
In 2024, China produced 44.01 million tonnes of primary aluminum, up by 4.6% from the previous year, including 3.77 million tonnes in December, up by 4.2% YoY.
