Xunhui Electric Appliance to build precision automotive parts project

On January 9, the signing ceremony for a high-end precision automotive parts project with an annual production capacity of 10 million pieces was held in Haiyan, Jiangsu.
With a total investment of RMB1 billion (USD136 million), the project will build new plants that cover a land area of 30,000 sq.m. and have a total floor area of around 90,000 sq.m. The project will mainly use magnesium alloy as the raw material to produce precision automotive components and parts, which will be supplied to overseas markets such as Germany, Hungary, Rumania, Serbia, and Mexico. When fully operational, it is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of RMB800 million (USD109 million).
The project is invested by Ningbo Xunhui Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., a manufacturing enterprise engaged in mould designing and manufacturing, die-casting of components, surface treatment and precision machining. The company provides various kinds of precision die-casting molds and parts for industries including electric tool, automotive parts, gas appliance and textile machinery, with its products sold in Asia, Europe and America.
