China's steel products output up 5.1% in Nov

In November 2024, China produced 67.48 million tonnes of pig iron, up by 3.9% YoY, 78.4 million tonnes of crude steel, up by 2.5% YoY, and 118.81 million tonnes of finished steel products, up by 5.1% YoY, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.
From January to November, the country's production of pig iron declined by 3.5% YoY to 782.77 million tonnes, crude steel production decreased by 2.7% YoY to 929.19 million tonnes, while finished steel products production increased by 0.9% YoY to 1,283.04 million tonnes.
