Jiangsu Yinglian secures order of composite aluminum and copper foils

Jiangsu Yinglian Composite Current Collectors Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Guangdong Enpack Packaging Co., Ltd., has secured an order of 100,000m2 of composite aluminum foil and 50,000m2 of composite copper foil from U&S ENERGY, a South Korean lithium battery firm.
On November 26, the two sides entered into a strategic cooperation agreement, under which U&S ENERGY recognizes Jiangsu Yinglian as the sole supplier of composite current collectors, and plans to purchase 2 million square meters of composite aluminum foil and 1 million square meters of composite copper foil from Jiangsu Yinglian in 2025, and expects to purchase from Jiangsu Yinglian from 2026 to 2029 amid increasing demand.
