China approves export licences for antimony trioxide under new control measure

Chinese exporters are being allowed to export antimony trioxide as China Customs accepted applications from companies with export qualification and began to issue export permits.
On August 15, China's Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs announced the joint decision to impose restrictions on exports of antimony, which took effect from September 15. Under the new control measure, exporters of antimony raw materials, antimony ingot, antimony trioxide 99.99%min will need to apply for dual-use export licenses from the Ministry of Commerce.
