CISA: Major steel mills' daily steel product output up 3.6% in mid-Sep

Major Chinese steel mills produced around 19.32 million tonnes of finished steel products during the second ten-day period of September, when the daily output was 1,932,000 tonnes, up by 3.6% from early September, according to China Iron & Steel Association (CISA).
By the end of the period, major Chinese steel mills held finished steel products inventory of around 15.65 million tonnes, an increase of 680,000 tonnes or 4.5% from ten days ago.
