Shandong Ruifuxiang Trading Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinan Hi-Tech Development Co., Ltd., has entered into an agreement to supply about 14,000 tonnes of rebar to Jinan High Tech City Renewal Co., Ltd. for real estate projects.
The supply volume for final settlement is subject to the actual volume receipted by the buyer, and the two sides can sign an supplemental agreement if the supply volume exceeds the contract volume by more than 10%.
