The producer said, "We would resume crude indium 99%min production in July at the earliest with no less than 2t of output and we hold around more than 100t of raw material stocks now". They have no offer with no inventory presently.
The producer, having a production capacity of 36tpy of crude indium 99%min, holds no inventory now, unchanged MoM. They halted the production since Oct 2022 due to industrial upgrading . They produced about 20t totally in 2022 and no output in 2023.
The current mainstream prices of Chinese crude indium 99%min move up to RMB2,350-2,400/kg (USD324-331/kg) EXW D/P, up by RMB400/kg (USD55.24/kg) from early last week . Market participants forecast that the mainstream prices of Chinese crude indium 99%min would remain strong in the upcoming week as producers generally stay in no hurry to sell despite that most downstream clients hold watchful attitudes.
