    Patkinson Enterprises to resume production of HC ferrochrome

    BEIJING (Asian Metal) 15 Apr 24 - Patkinson Enterprises (Private) Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright80-0.Asian Metal Copyright, a major producer in Zimbabwe, would resume production of HC ferrochrome in June.

    "We would resume production of HC ferrochrome Cr58%min in June", a source from the company discloses. They halted production in 2012 due to some financial matter.

    The company owns two closed arc furnaces in Bulawayo. They can produce about 500tpm of HC ferrochrome.

    The current mainstream prices of HC ferrochrome Cr58%min in Zimbabwe stand at USD0.80-0.82/lb Cr EXW, stable from early this week.
