A producer in Shanxi illustrated that their current price of vanadium nitride N 14%min is RMB122,000/t (USD16,947/t) EXW D/A 180 days while last week he sold about 40t at the price RMB125,000/t(USD17,363/t) EXW D/A 180 days. "We are unwilling to sell the product if the price is lower than RMB122,000/t (USD17,363/t) EXW D/A 180 days as the raw material price was too expensive," said the producer.
The producer added that their annual production capacity is 3,000t, but now they are considering stop production as the market demand remains sluggish. They still have 60t vanadium nitride N 14%min in stock now, but last month they only had 20t in stock.
