    The 2024 Catalogue of Goods Subject to Export License Administration, jointly released by China's Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs, came into effect on January 1, 2024.Asian Metal Copyright Export of cerium and cerium alloys granule<500μm, tungsten and tungsten alloy granule<500μm, zirconium, beryllium, germanium and gallium requires no export license, but the Export License for Dual-use Items and Technologies of PRC is still needed as required.Asian Metal Copyright A total of 43 categories of goods subject to export license administration require the presentation of an export license to Customs to go through customs clearance and release procedures.Asian Metal Copyright Export of products such as natural sand including standard sand, bauxite, phosphate ore, magnesia, talc lump powder,fluorspar, rare earth, tin tin products, tungsten tungsten products, molybdenum molybdenum products, antimony antimony products, coke, certain metals and their products, silicon carbide, indium indium products requires an export license in accordance with the regulations.Asian Metal Copyright Relevant foreign trade companies should apply for export licenses from the Ministry of Commerce or local administrative departments of commerce entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce.
