Sinyuan ZM signs large automotive Mg-alloy precision parts project

On November 29, Sinyuan ZM signed an agreement with the management committee of Fenghua Economic Development Zone to build a large and high-strength automotive magnesium alloy precision parts production base with capacity of 3 million units per annum.
Total investment for the project, consisting of two phases, reaches RMB1.01 billion (USD141 million), including RMB700 million (USD98.08 million) for the first phase.
The company plans to set up a local wholly-owned subsidiary to operate the project.
