China's Jan-Oct copper cathode output up by 13.6% YoY

China's refined copper (copper cathode) production was around 1.13 million tonnes in October 2023, up by 13.3% from a year ago, and that of copper products increased by 5.1% from last October to 1.97 million tonnes, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.
From January to October, China produced about 10.69 million tonnes of copper cathode, up by 13.6% from the prior year period, and 18.52 million tonnes of copper products, up by 5.4% from a year ago.
