China's Q1-Q3 copper cathode output up by 13.4% YoY

China's refined copper (copper cathode) production was about 1.14 million tonnes in September 2023, up by 14.5% from a year ago, and that of copper products increased by 2.4% from last September to 2.01 million tonnes, according to the National Bureau of Statistics.
In the first three quarters, China produced about 9.55 million tonnes of copper cathode, up by 13.4% YoY, and 16.53 million tonnes of copper products, up by 6.1% YoY.
