On September 19, Indonesia Dexin Steel Co., Ltd., the biggest plain carbon steel company in Southeast Asia, completed the expansion of phase one project at Morowali Industrial Park in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. With the phase one expansion project put into operation, the company's production capacity now reaches 7 million tonnes per annum, marking the largest steel project investment by China in overseas market.
