Henan Jinhui 1450mm cold rolled stainless steel project to break ground soon

The Machinery Engineering Branch of China Third Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd. recently won the bid to build the 1450mm cold rolled stainless steel project developed by Henan Jinhui Weide Precision Stainless Steel Co Ltd.
The project is scheduled to break ground in Dazhou, Changge, Henan on September 6, 2023 and finish construction on April 18, 2024. The project will add two new 20-HI reversible cold rolling mills, one cold-rolled strip steel annealing-pickling production line and associated facilities.
Upon completion, the project will be able to produce 200,000tpa of ultra-thin stainless steel strip products, including 200 series, 300 series and 400 series stainless plate in coils with different widths, and would achieve annual production value of more than RMB2.5 billion (USD344 million).
