Yunnan Germanium and its subsidiaries produced 34.92t of material grade germanium products (including in-house OEM), 2.51 metal tons of infrared grade germanium products, 143,900 pieces of photovoltaic grade germanium products (4-6 inches), 15.29t of optical grade germanium products, 29,200 pieces of GaAs wafer (1-6 inches) and 15,300 pieces of InP wafer in the first half of 2023, according to the semi-annual reported released by the company.
