Tianshan Aluminum produced 578,000t of primary aluminum, 21,500t of high-purity aluminum and 1,023,300t of alumina in the first half of 2023, up by 0.64%, 12.26% and 86.02% from a year ago, according to the company's semi-annual report.
During the period, the company also produced 276,100t of prebaked anode, up by 9.98% from the prior year period. The company achieved self-sufficiency in alumina and prebaked anode in the first half of the year.
