From January to April 2023, China Coal Nanjing Company supplied a total of 16 million tons of coal to Jiangsu, effectively alleviating the tension between regional coal supply and demand.
China Coal Group supplied nearly 100 million tons of coal to Jiangsu in the past two years, and the volume in medium-term and long-term contracts signed in Jiangsu for 2023 increases by nearly 15%. Jiangsu is a major energy consuming province and more than 90% of its coal is imported from outside the province.
