By 2023, all coal mines with an annual production capacity of 1.8 million tons or above will be upgraded to intelligent mines, and an additional 80 intelligent mines will be built. By 2024, the intelligent transformation of coal mines with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million tons or above and those with severe disasters will all start construction, and an additional 150 intelligent mines will be built. By 2025, the intelligent upgrading of all other coal mines in production will begin, and large and severely disaster-stricken coal mines and other coal mines that meet the conditions will basically become intelligent. By 2027, all kinds of coal mines in the province are basically intelligent.
