Jiangsu Energy to establish joint venture to build new energy PV project

Jiangsu Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Energy Investment Company, signed a cooperative agreement with the Management Committee of Quanshan Economic Development District in Xuzhou, Jiangsu on April 21st to invest in building a whole-area new energy PV project in this district. The project is estimated to have an installed capacity of 206MW and a total investment of around RMB1.5 billion (USD217.29 million).
