Envision AESC signs agreement on phase two 20GWh batter project in Erdos

On April 14 in Shanghai, governments of Erdos City and Ejin Horo Banner signed a project cooperation agreement with Envision AESC on investment in phase two of the smart battery industrial park project in Erdos.
Phase two of the project has a designated production capacity of 20GWh, and will focus on high-quality battery production for global clients. Its annual production value is expected to be over RMB24 billion (USD3.49 billion) when going into operation.
Phase one of the project has a 10.5GWh capacity and already went into operation in April 2022, with over 5 million units of battery cells delivered so far.
