Baigong Iron & Steel advances construction of 10ktpy vanadium pentoxide project

Qinhuangdao Baigong Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. revealed that construction of its steel production equipment upgrading and vanadium-titanium smelting project advances as scheduled. When the project is built and goes into operation, it will have a production capacity of 1.60 million tons of bar and strip steel, 10,000t of vanadium pentoxide and 4,000t of vanadium nitride, and therefore is expected to help boost local economic development.
