Inner Mongolia's investment in solar power generation industry up by 227.5% YoY

Data from the Statistics Bureau of Inner Mongolia show that in 2022 total investment in the new energy sector of the region grew by 79.0% year on year and accounted for 24.5% of the total, up by 8.4 percentage points from the previous year. In particular, investment in wind power generation field, solar power generation fields and in NEV equipment manufacturing industry grew by 71.1%, 227.5% and 128.8% respectively.
