China's solar grade polysilicon output up by 36.5% YoY in Jan

The data issued by the China Photovoltaic Industry Association indicates that in January 2023, the country's solar grade polysilicon output went up by 1% MoM and 36.5% YoY; silicon wafer output decreased by 11.9% MoM and 4.1% YoY, among which monocrystalline silicon wafer output accounted for about 98.3%; cell output declined by 5.6% MoM and increased by 24.8% YoY, among which monocrystalline cell output accounted for about 94.7%; module output shrank by 16.8% MoM and increased by 18.3% YoY, among which monocrystalline module output accounted for about 99.5%; and inverter output decreased by 45.5% MoM.
