EGing PV to raise RMB1.3 billion for 5GW solar module project

EGing PV announced on February 22 that the company intends to issue a private placement to raise no more than RMB1.3 billion (USD189 million) to develop a 5-gigawatt high-efficiency solar module project in Changzhou, supplement working capital and pay back loans. The project will be conducted mainly by Changzhou EGing PV Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of RMB857 million (USD125 million).
