On January 28th, the website of Henan Development and Reform Commission issued the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Management Catalog for High Energy-Consumption and High Emission Projects in Henan (revised version in 2023). The notice makes it clear that refractory materials are no longer listed as energy-intensive and high-emission projects.
