Xiamen Tungsten to cooperate with other two parties in developing Dahutang tungsten mine

On February 8, Xiamen Tungsten signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with government of Jiujiang city and Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group. The parties decided to cooperating in development and construction of Dahutang tungsten mine as well as in development of northern-Jiangxi resources including Dawutang. The government of Jiujiang city and Xiamen Tungsten agreed to support Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group in acquiring a 30% stake in Jiangxi Jutong Industry Co., Ltd., a Xiamen Tungsten related company.
According to the agreement, the cooperating parties have pre-emptive rights to purchase tungsten concentrate produced from Dahutang mine. In particular, Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group has a pre-emptive share of 40%, and Jiangxi Jutong's another shareholder Jiujiang Lishunsheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. supports Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group to have an agreed pre-emptive share on the Dahutang tungsten concentrate production.
