The 100,000tpy silicon granule project (phase one) of Inner Mongolia Xinyuan Silicon Material Technology Co., Ltd. put its first 20,000tpy silicon granule module into operation recently.
Located in Baotou Metal Deep Processing Industrial Park, the 300,000tpy silicon granule project of Inner Mongolia Xinyuan Silicon Material Technology Co., Ltd. covers a total area of about 3,333,333 square meters with a total investment of RMB30 billion (USD4.43 billion). The project is divided into three phases in construction, including the phase one project of 100,000tpy silicon granule which covers about 933,333 square meters and has a total investment of RMB8.9 billion (USD1.31 billion). The phase one project will mainly build production devices for 100,000tpy silicon granule and its supporting 150,000tpy nano-silicon devices, public engineering and auxiliary production facilities.
