Jiangsu's power battery comprehensive utilization project of RMB2.5 billion to be approved

On January 9th, the Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of Qidong, Jiangsu publicized the reviewing and approval information about the project for comprehensive utilization of wasted new energy vehicle batteries & green manufacturing for cathode raw materials jointly invested by Nantong Beixin's wholly-owned subsidiary and Jiangsu Lixun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
With a total investment of about RMB2.45 billion (USD365.58 million), the project could handle 84,000t of NCM and LFP cathode powder per year and mainly produces nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, manganese sulfate, lithium carbonate as well as NCM precursor, LFP precursor and others.
