NBS: China's steel products daily output down by 1.8% MOM in Nov

According to the data of the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), in November 2022, the average daily output of crude steel in China reached 2.4847 million tons, down by 3.4% month-on-month; that of pig iron reported 2.2663 million tons, a decrease of 0.8% compared with one week ago; that of steel products recorded 3.6397 million tons, down by 1.8% MOM.
In November, China produced 74.54 million tons of crude steel, up by 7.3% year-on-year; the pig iron output posted 67.99 million tons, an increase of 9.7% year-on-year; the steel products output reached 109.19 million tons, up by 7.1% YOY.
From January to November, China's crude steel output was 935.11 million tons, down by 1.4% from the same period last year; the pig iron output recorded 795.06 million tons, down by 0.4% year-on-year; the steel products output reached 1,225.53 million tons, a decrease of 0.7% against the corresponding period last year.
