Guangzhou Development plans to construct three PV projects by RMB1.26 billion

Guangzhou Development Group announced on December 12 that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Development New Energy Co., Ltd., intends to develop a 120-megawatt agriculture-solar complementary photovoltaic power station project in Malutang of Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County through its subsidiary Luquan Huifa New Energy Co., Ltd., with a total investment of RMB593 million (USD85 million). Moreover, Guangzhou Development New Energy plans to construct a 50-megawatt photovoltaic composite expansion project (Phase II) in Taiping Town, Yangshan County of Guangdong with a total investment of RMB217 million (USD31 million), and invest RMB451 million (USD64 million) in total to develop a 100-megawatt forest-solar complementary power station project in Longmu Town, Longchuan County of Guangdong.
