GCL System Integration announced on December 9 that the company intends to raise no more than RMB6 billion (USD859 million) in private placement and the net proceed will be totally used for the second phase of Wuhu GCL's 20-gigawatt high-efficiency cell manufacturing project, Xuzhou GCL's 10-gigawatt-hour intelligent energy storage system project and working capital supplement.
