Shuangliang Eco-energy to set up sub-subsidiary to invest in construction of 50GW large-scale monocrystalline silicon pulling project

Shuangliang Eco-energy announced on September 8 that the company planned to establish a new wholly-owned sub-subsidiary, Shuangliang Crystal Silicon New Materials (Baotou) Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB2 billion (USD288 million), and this new company planned to invest in the construction of 50GW large-scale monocrystalline silicon pulling project. The project is still in the planning stage.
