Chinese government supports Shandong to build 10GW deep/open sea wind power base

The State Council of China recently announced its supportive measures for Shandong to advance its green energy industry, aiming to help the province build a 10GW deep/open sea wind power base and build wind-photovoltaic power bases in saline mudflats in northern part of Shandong or in coal-mining sinkholes in southwestern part of it.
