GCL System Integration's subsidiary plans to establish joint venture with V-Liquid Energy

GCL System Integration Technology Co., Ltd. announced on July 8 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, GCL Green Energy and Leshan V-Liquid Energy Co., Ltd., recently signed a joint venture agreement to establish GCL V-Liquid New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with the former to invest RMB75 million (USD11.2 million) as its equity fund. According to the agreement, the total registered capital of the joint venture is RMB100 million (USD14.94 million) and GCL Green Energy will control 75% of the equity of the joint venture. GCL stated that the joint venture will focus on the development of energy storage, photovoltaic, wind power projects in Southwest China.
